The Public Assistance for Rescue, Disaster and Support Services (PARDSS) Foundation International Inc. was organized and established on April 21, 2013 and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (S.E.C.) with S.E.C. Registration No. CN 201309516 and dully accredited with the Association of the Chiefs of Police of the Philippines Inc. (ACPPI), whose Vision is to create communities that will be free from crime, violence, calamities and a new generation of peace – loving people who will adhere to a lifestyle of comfort and convenience in financial abundance within the years to come.

Its Mission is to assist the government in promoting peace in social, cultural, political and environmental development of the country. While the other mission is to organize and integrate its member in providing assistance and support to law enforcement agencies in the prevention and control of crimes as well as public safety for the attainment of peace development and national unity.
